omg, i cant believe i am so damn lazy tat i didnt update my blog for almost a month! LoL ok this time, i aint going to show u something i cooked but rather...something my darling Lyn did..Tiramisu Nemo Style! lol
its the 3rd or 4th time she made it, actually she made it cos i told some of my taiwanese stewardess frds are coming over..but she fell sick so the party was cancelled, and i only get to eat it the next day hehe
things tat i like abt this homemade version is tat it isnt as sweet as wat u normally get outside, although still as sinfullBUT HEY...all desserts are ok! haha so live with it LoL.
Nicely whipped layers of mascarpone cream cheese with sponge fingers soaked in coffee n kaluha(coffee liquer) yeah..just a simple nice serving and its heavenly.
anyone tat is interested in how to make this..do post it in comments and i can let Ms Nemo Tang tell u how the magic is done hehe..ciao!

hey david, didn't know where to reply your msg so decided to leave it on your blog.. btw, the tiramisu looks really good, so pro... the sugar firgurines, very simple, kinda like playing with play dough when you are a kid, only difference is that sugar paste hardens in cool temperatures but not in the fridge.. it'll be cool to have you and ur wife at my shop next time!
The tiramisu was delicious hehe. btw lets do a get together soon. otherwise i will be gone liao.
